Nutrition Coaching

Our Nutrition Coaching is included with our standard packages. We help you fuel your body with purpose so you can reach your goals faster and feel better doing it. You can use any of your personal training sessions for 1 on 1 to dive further into nutrition and habits you need to consider. If you just want Nutrition then reach out to schedule a meeting in-studio or virtually. We send you paperwork and questionnaires ahead of time so we can review during the coaching session. We examine your habits, goals, and physiology to create a plan that works for your life – not against it.
We’ll help you identify what’s holding you back, learn what truly works for your body, and follow simple, sustainable strategies – from realistic meal plans to long-term habit-building.

Massage Therapy

Our clinical/sports massage sessions are designed to relieve pain, reduce tension, and help your body perform at its best. Clients often say they sleep great and move better post massage.
Every session is personalized to your body’s current needs using various techniques, including trigger point therapy, cupping, stretching, and myofascial tools.

Reiki Energy Work

This modality is performed on massage table with you fully clothed! Your body doesn’t just hold tension – it holds energy. Reiki is a gentle healing practice that promotes relaxation, rebalancing, and emotional release. Whether addressing physical discomfort or mental overload, our no-judgment approach meets you where you are.
Reiki Master Catherine guides sessions on specific issues and the full-body energy system.

Saturday Stretch & Restore

Saturday Stretch & Restore (55 min) This gentle, yoga-inspired class focuses on flexibility, mobility, balance, recovery, and reducing stiffness so you can move better and feel better. Perfect for beginners, active adults, athletes, and anyone who says, “I’m too tight for yoga.” Modifications provided for all levels. Think less intimidating yoga studio vibes and more “my hips, back, and shoulders needed this.” Perfect for those who know they should stretch but don’t do it consistently on their own (hey, accountability works 😉). Through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided stretching, you’ll release tension, improve mobility, and leave feeling stronger, looser, and more refreshed for the weekend ahead. No need to be flexible to start, that’s literally why you come. Our small-group setting allows for more personal attention. Catherine moves throughout the room offering gentle, optional hands-on guidance and modifications to help you move safely, improve alignment, ease stubborn tightness, and get the most from each stretch. Prefer no hands-on assistance? Just let Catherine know before class. Easy. What to Bring: • Yoga mat (we have 8 mats available if needed, first come, first served) • Water bottle • Comfortable clothes you can move in Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled and set up.   • Saturday – Onsite (9:00 AM • 45–60 minutes)

    • 1st Saturday: Yoga 101 — A beginner-friendly, workshop-style class where we slow down, focus on safe alignment, and break down foundational poses so you can feel at ease and supported.

    • Remaining Saturdays: Beginner/Intermediate Hatha Yoga — A gentle yet energizing practice that blends mindful movement, stretching, and breathwork to improve posture, flexibility, and focus. Each month may feature themed mini-series like Hip Openers, Better Balance, or Core Awareness for a well-rounded practice.

  • Weeknight Zoom Yoga (Mon–Fri • 6:30 PM & 7:00 PM EST)

    • Short, 30-minute evening sessions you can enjoy from home — perfect for building consistency, easing tension, and creating a calm close to your day.

Energy Fitness offers mobility solution if you aren’t the weight lifting type even though you need to be. 

Example: “Your assessment revealed tight hip flexors and limited thoracic rotation, likely from prolonged sitting. Your left shoulder shows reduced mobility compared to your right. Your Stretch Script targets these areas specifically to reduce compensation patterns and improve overall movement quality.”
