Small Studio. Big Results.

We serve the busy, the recovering, the overscheduled, and the beautifully “dented” humans of all ages. Through our customized 30-minute workouts and holistic therapies, we help you move better, feel better, and live stronger — all guided by the Energize Method.

how we operate

The Energize Method

Our 30-minute, semi-private sessions deliver personalized strength, mobility, and accountability through the proven Energize Method – a science-backed, whole-body approach to lifelong wellness. We’re not a membership gym – we’re a results-driven coaching studio.
Your journey starts with a discovery call to talk about your goals and go over what it looks like to work with us – including the investment. If it feels like a fit, we’ll meet for a consultation to walk you through the Energize Method. From there, you can choose a 4.5 to 12-month program built for your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. Sessions are always by appointment; this isn’t a drop-in kind of transformation.
Beyond personal training, we offer holistic services, including Nutrition Coaching, Massage Therapy, Reiki, & Yoga all designed to support you from the inside out.

Meet Tonya Tittle

M.S., ACSM, LMT, TPI

Founder • Fitness Expert • Coach • mom

Hi, I’m Tonya – owner of Energy Fitness, lifelong athlete, mom of two sons, and passionate coach with over 33 years of experience in the fitness industry. Since founding Energy Fitness in 2002, where we’ve helped thousands of clients feel stronger, move better, and live with less pain through a personalized, whole-body approach to wellness.

After two decades building Energy Fitness in Memphis, I brought our award-winning studio to Greenville, SC, in 2023. Same mission, new zip code: helping real people move better, feel stronger, and age with vitality – not excuses.

I created the Energize Method – a system of semi-private personal training, functional assessments, nutrition coaching, and restorative practices that deliver measurable results. Every trainer on my team is extensively trained in this method, ensuring clients receive consistent, expert-level coaching tailored to their needs.

“Work hard. Rest smart. Keep going. No excuses. I’ll push you, teach you, and meet you where you are—guiding you safely forward.”
– Tonya Tittle

Meet sarah stetler

M.S., ACSM, NSCA- Cscs

Personal Trainer • Strength & Conditioning Specialist • Former Collegiate Soccer Athlete

Hi, I’m Sarah — a personal trainer and strength and conditioning specialist who doesn’t just count reps… I want you to understand why you’re doing them. (click here to watch my video and hear more about my passion for helping you succeed!)

I have a master’s degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University-Chicago and a B.S. degree from Univ. of Massachusetts-Lowell, along with two of the top certifications in the industry. But what really shaped how I coach today is my hands-on experience working alongside physical therapists. I guided clients through prescribed rehab exercises, stretches, and recovery techniques, collaborating directly with PTs to help people reduce pain, move better, and rebuild strength after injury. That experience taught me how to truly work with your body, not against it.

I’ve also worked as an assistant strength coach, training athletes ages 12–18 with sport-specific goals. That’s where I developed a strong focus on proper mechanics, performance, and building a solid foundation early — before bad habits take over.

Now, combining that background with the Energy Fitness Method, I bring a detailed and intentional approach to every session. I pay attention to the small things — your form, positioning, and movement patterns — so we can make the right adjustments, build strength safely, and minimize injury risk. You can expect clear coaching, smart progressions, and modifications that make sense for your body and your goals.

As a former collegiate soccer player at the University of Massachusetts, I understand the mental and physical commitment it takes to keep showing up and making progress. I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also challenge you to move forward.

Outside of the studio, I enjoy strength training, hiking, snow skiing, and getting outside for a good walk. For me, movement isn’t just something I coach — it’s part of how I live.

“If you’re ready to feel stronger, move better, and train with purpose, I’d love to work with you.”
