Our signature 30-minute semi-private sessions are efficient, effective, and fully tailored to your needs. Whether working one-on-one a particular day or in a small group (2–4 people), every session follows your personalized program – adjusted by expert coaches to meet your fitness level, goals, and any injuries or limitations.

Nutrition Coaching

Our personalized Nutrition Coaching program helps you fuel your body with purpose so you can reach your goals faster and feel better doing it. We meet with you in-studio or virtually to conduct a full nutrition assessment, examining your habits, goals, and physiology to create a plan that works for your life – not against it.
We’ll help you identify what’s holding you back, learn what truly works for your body, and follow simple, sustainable strategies – from realistic meal plans to long-term habit-building.
What You’ll Get:

Massage Therapy

Massage isn’t just a feel-good add-on – it’s a vital part of recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness. Our clinical/sports massage sessions are designed to relieve pain, reduce tension, and help your body perform at its best.
Every session is personalized to your body’s current needs using various techniques, including trigger point therapy, cupping, stretching, and myofascial tools.

Reiki Energy Work

Your body doesn’t just hold tension – it holds energy. Reiki is a gentle healing practice that promotes relaxation, rebalancing, and emotional release. Whether addressing physical discomfort or mental overload, our no-judgment approach meets you where you are.
Reiki Master Catherine guides sessions on specific issues and the full-body energy system.

Yoga

Find your balance, strength, and calm with guided yoga sessions led by Catherine. Whether you’re brand new to the mat or building on your practice, our classes are designed to help you move with confidence, improve mobility, and release stress.
Small class sizes mean Catherine can give you personal attention, including gentle hands-on guidance (always optional) to ensure you feel safe and supported.
  • Saturday – Onsite (9:00 AM • 45–60 minutes)

    • 1st Saturday: Yoga 101 — A beginner-friendly, workshop-style class where we slow down, focus on safe alignment, and break down foundational poses so you can feel at ease and supported.

    • Remaining Saturdays: Beginner/Intermediate Hatha Yoga — A gentle yet energizing practice that blends mindful movement, stretching, and breathwork to improve posture, flexibility, and focus. Each month may feature themed mini-series like Hip Openers, Better Balance, or Core Awareness for a well-rounded practice.

  • Weeknight Zoom Yoga (Mon–Fri • 6:30 PM & 7:00 PM EST)

    • Short, 30-minute evening sessions you can enjoy from home — perfect for building consistency, easing tension, and creating a calm close to your day.

Our facials go beyond surface-level beauty. These customized treatments support lymphatic drainage, improve circulation, and help your skin recover from stress, sun, and environmental damage — making them an essential part of whole-body wellness. We use Skinscript products and offer micro-current treatments.
