Common Questions

FAQs About Energy Fitness

Item #1
Is 30 minutes twice a week strength training really enough?

Yes—when it’s intentional, customized, and coached.
Most people don’t need longer workouts… they need a plan that makes sense and they can actually stick with. Our clients train in 30-minute semi-private sessions, 2x per week, and we focus on strength, mobility, and corrective exercises that build real progress without wrecking your schedule. Every 6 weeks or 12 weeks your selection of exercises in your programs change forcing your body to adapt and press forward towards your goals.

The goal is simple: less medicine, more mobility—and a body that can keep up with life.

I have pain, stiffness, or past injuries—can I still train?

Absolutely—and that’s one of the most common reasons people come to us.
We don’t train through pain. We train around limitations and use corrective exercise to help you regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, stiff, or “frozen,” we help you move forward with a safe plan instead of living in the cycle of constant appointments and temporary fixes.

What makes Energy Fitness different from a gym or other trainers?

Most gyms give you access. Many trainers give you workouts.
We give you coaching + correction + a customized plan.

Every client starts with a movement assessment so we understand what your body needs. From there, we build a program that typically includes 4–12 exercises, based on your fitness level, goals, and what you can safely get through in a session.

This is training with intention—not random exercises and crossed fingers.
