The Energy Is Real (And So Are the Gains)
We just wrapped up a photoshoot and video shoot at Energy Fitness, and y’all… it was electric.
Early August we will be proud to introduce you to the Rock Stars of Energy Fitness South Carolina—our amazing staff and clients who help make this place the empowering, healing space it is. And to those who weren’t in the photos this time: THANK YOU. Your consistency, trust, and drive fuel our mission every single day.

Not only did we capture fresh visuals for our refreshed logo and upcoming marketing materials, but we also spotlighted the real stars—our amazing clients and trainers in action. Yep, that’s right—we filmed some of the unique movement patterns we use in sessions. You’ll get to see our trainers giving real-time corrections, the layout of our space, and the smart (okay, sometimes “dreamed up”) moves that keep our clients strong, pain-free, and thriving.
And listen—when you’ve taken human anatomy FOUR times, have over 30 years in the fitness game, and are obsessed with staying current on research, certifications, and continuing ed… you earn the right to “dream up” a few things. Especially when those things help people move better, feel better, and live with more confidence.
We’ve created an environment where every day is a living case study. We tweak, we adapt, we listen to bodies in real time. That’s not cookie-cutter training—that’s evidence-based greatness, built for your real life.
Even the photographer and marketing team were blown away. The way our clients lit up talking about their results had the photographer asking to trade services. When your mission radiates through your people, you know you’re doing something right.
And yes—Mark (my husband) was there and I could tell how proud he was of what we’ve built, especially after starting fresh in the Greenville/Travelers Rest area. He was a little nervous, but watching the Energy Fitness magic unfold again (in front of the lens this time!) reminded him—and all of us—that we’re creating something special.
From zero to raving fans… again.

Here are your no-fluff, tried-and-true tips to break out of the rut:
Find a buddy to keep you honest
Hire a trainer to remove the guesswork
Write it down (goals, wins, schedule, all of it)
Treat yourself to new fitness clothes—but only after you hit 3 workouts a week
Move daily: 10K steps, walk 15 minutes before bed
Try something new: hiking, dancing, goat yoga (yep, we do that)
Stop clinging to comfort—it’s what got you the tight pants, achy joints, and missing muscle tone in the first place.
