Nutrition Coaching
- A comprehensive assessment, including a 3-day food journal, health questionnaires, and habits review
- A 30-minute coaching session ($87) with tailored guidance
- A mini body assessment (weight, body fat %, circumferences, and optional progress photos) for in-person clients – or send your own if virtual.
- 2–3 personalized meal plans based on your goals, lifestyle, and body type or blood type-specific or ayurvedic nutrition plans.
- Optional upgrades for hair analysis (1,400+ sensitivities including foods, chemicals, and more)

Yoga

Saturday – Onsite (9:00 AM • 45–60 minutes)
1st Saturday: Yoga 101 — A beginner-friendly, workshop-style class where we slow down, focus on safe alignment, and break down foundational poses so you can feel at ease and supported.
Remaining Saturdays: Beginner/Intermediate Hatha Yoga — A gentle yet energizing practice that blends mindful movement, stretching, and breathwork to improve posture, flexibility, and focus. Each month may feature themed mini-series like Hip Openers, Better Balance, or Core Awareness for a well-rounded practice.
Weeknight Zoom Yoga (Mon–Fri • 6:30 PM & 7:00 PM EST)
Short, 30-minute evening sessions you can enjoy from home — perfect for building consistency, easing tension, and creating a calm close to your day.
- Saturday Classes: Onsite at Energy Fitness, 45–60 minutes. Class size is limited to 13 students for plenty of space and attention.
- Evening Zoom Sessions: 30 minutes, perfect for at-home practice.
- Mats: Don’t have one? No worries — we have 8 mats available (first come, first served), so arrive early or bring your own.
