Hi, I’m Tonya – owner of Energy Fitness, lifelong athlete, mom of two sons, and passionate coach with over 33 years of experience in the fitness industry. Since founding Energy Fitness in 2002, where we’ve helped thousands of clients feel stronger, move better, and live with less pain through a personalized, whole-body approach to wellness.
After two decades building Energy Fitness in Memphis, I brought our award-winning studio to Greenville, SC, in 2023. Same mission, new zip code: helping real people move better, feel stronger, and age with vitality – not excuses.
I created the Energize Method – a system of semi-private personal training, functional assessments, nutrition coaching, and restorative practices that deliver measurable results. Every trainer on my team is extensively trained in this method, ensuring clients receive consistent, expert-level coaching tailored to their needs.
“Work hard. Rest smart. Keep going. No excuses. I’ll push you, teach you, and meet you where you are—guiding you safely forward.”
– Tonya Tittle

A key part of the Energy Fitness team, she combines movement, mindfulness, and energy work to help clients grow stronger – inside and out. She’s known for her positive encouragement.

In addition to her fitness coaching, Catherine is a Reiki Master and long-time Tarot reader. She offers holistic insight and energy healing for those seeking deeper alignment in their health journey. Catherine completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and often blends mind-body practices like Qigong and meditation into her wellness routine.
Hi, I’m Sarah — a personal trainer and strength and conditioning specialist who doesn’t just count reps… I want you to understand why you’re doing them. (click here to watch my video and hear more about my passion for helping you succeed!)
I have a master’s degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University-Chicago and a B.S. degree from Univ. of Massachusetts-Lowell, along with two of the top certifications in the industry. But what really shaped how I coach today is my hands-on experience working alongside physical therapists. I guided clients through prescribed rehab exercises, stretches, and recovery techniques, collaborating directly with PTs to help people reduce pain, move better, and rebuild strength after injury. That experience taught me how to truly work with your body, not against it.
I’ve also worked as an assistant strength coach, training athletes ages 12–18 with sport-specific goals. That’s where I developed a strong focus on proper mechanics, performance, and building a solid foundation early — before bad habits take over.
Now, combining that background with the Energy Fitness Method, I bring a detailed and intentional approach to every session. I pay attention to the small things — your form, positioning, and movement patterns — so we can make the right adjustments, build strength safely, and minimize injury risk. You can expect clear coaching, smart progressions, and modifications that make sense for your body and your goals.
As a former collegiate soccer player at the University of Massachusetts, I understand the mental and physical commitment it takes to keep showing up and making progress. I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also challenge you to move forward.
Outside of the studio, I enjoy strength training, hiking, snow skiing, and getting outside for a good walk. For me, movement isn’t just something I coach — it’s part of how I live.
“If you’re ready to feel stronger, move better, and train with purpose, I’d love to work with you.”
– Sarah Stetler
Hi, I’m Caroline, a licensed massage therapist passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and recover faster. (Watch my video here-I love sharing how I help YOU recover, relax and feel your best!)
My background includes a wide range of therapeutic techniques including Swedish, sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, and oncology massage. At Energy Fitness, I focus on blending Swedish, sports, trigger point, and myofascial work to give you exactly what your body needs—whether that’s deep recovery, pain relief, or simply time to reset.
I’ve always loved a great Swedish massage—not just because it feels good, but because I’ve seen what it actually does for your body. Through years of training and competing, massage became a key part of how I recovered, stayed consistent, and kept moving well. That experience is what drove me to help others feel that same difference.
I believe massage shouldn’t be a one-size-fits-all experience. Some days your body needs focused, targeted work… other days it needs to just breathe and let go. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you leave feeling better than when you walked in.
Before stepping fully into massage therapy, I spent years running my own consulting business in industrial engineering, so I understand stress, busy schedules, and what it’s like to run on empty. That perspective allows me to connect with clients who are juggling a lot and need their time on the table to truly count.
I’m also a competitive triathlete and love living an active, healthy lifestyle, which helps me work with everyone from athletes to those simply trying to move without pain.
If you’re a runner, cyclist, hiker, or triathlete pushing your body on the trails, roads, or in training—this is your recovery plan. Massage isn’t just a luxury, it’s how you stay consistent, prevent injury, and keep doing what you love.
As a mom of two, I know life doesn’t slow down—so taking care of your body isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.
I’m excited to be part of the Energy Fitness team and serve the Travelers Rest and Greenville community. Whether you’re dealing with tight muscles, recovering from training, or just need to unwind, I’m here to help you feel your best.
Book your 30, 50, or 90-minute session and let’s get to work.
